In the player above you can see this bar to the right...
Click the downwards arrow to download the tones
Alternatively go to http://soundcloud.com/lindaharrison
and press "Download" above whichever tone you would like (you can have both)
Either use Bluetooth from your laptop, or connect your phone to your computer
Transfer the file, and then make it your ringtone
Simples! :)
